The spiral rounder uses a spiral to shape the dough
The machine shapes the dough thanks to the aluminum cone and aluminum sleeves around which it spirals
The dough that comes from the dough compartment falls into the aluminum inlet groove
All surfaces over which the dough moves are coated with Teflon
Thanks to the system with flour and optional blowing of hot or cold air on the grooves, the dough does not stick to the drum
