ISAR IPW200

The IPW 200 tank pasteurizer is suitable for pasteurizing packaged fruit preparations (such as jams and preserves), fermented products (such as vinegar and beer), and pickled fruits and vegetables. The packaging must be heat-resistant, e.g., made of glass or a heat-resistant plastic bag. The exact heat treatment technology, temperature, and duration depend on the specific product. Operation is manual. The tank is not insulated.
