The MultiFresh multifunctional blast chiller is your new kitchen assistant, supplied with a standard rack for 2/1 GN trays and a maximum capacity of 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touchscreen display and is capable of both blast chilling and shock freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo variant for chilling and shock-freezing (without heating functions). The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door is left-hinged and is equipped with a core temperature probe featuring five measuring points. The unit comes with castors, two of which have parking brakes.
