Don't compromise on surface quality. Easy Paint extraction walls are the ideal, cost-effective solution for effectively capturing and filtering paint mist and extracting solvent vapors. Robust and powerful, yet economical in consumption.

The IPE dual filtration system ensures that two filter stages provide a maximum separation rate of up to 99%. The cardboard labyrinth filter initially absorbs significantly more overspray (up to 18 kg/m² filter area) than conventional filter mats, thanks to its folded filter pockets. The subsequent fiberglass secondary filter only absorbs the finest residual particles.

As a guideline, a service life of approximately 150 to 200 painting hours can be specified for the cardboard labyrinth filter, depending on the paint used. The fiberglass filter only needs to be replaced after approximately 900 to 1200 painting hours, i.e. only every 5th or 6th cardboard filter change.

Easy Paint also has a lower intake opening to quickly and safely capture solvent vapors at the floor level or from floor pits.

Thanks to this additional intake opening at the bottom, the Easy Paint can be connected to a floor pit or drip tray as an underfloor extraction system. The filter cassette, which can be inserted from the front, also makes filter changes easier.
