The Bravo Lady B is a compact pasteurization and cooling machine, specially developed for smaller companies such as restaurants, bakeries or ice cream parlors. It combines two essential processes: 1. Pasteurization in the upper vertical vessel, with an adjustable temperature of +65°C or +85°C, depending on the desired pasteurization process. 2. Cooling in the lower horizontal cylinder, in which the mixture is quickly cooled to the desired temperature. A special feature is the patented system with which the hot mixture is transferred internally - without contact with the outside air - from the pasteurization vessel to the cooling cylinder.
