Intended use
The curing oven is a belt system for continuous operation with a feed speed of up to 5 m/min. There is an open area at the infeed and outfeed for loading and unloading components. Between these areas is the enclosed heating section with 6 IR modules (height-adjustable). The component temperature is a maximum of 100°C and serves to heat solvent-free adhesive between a film composite. The return section of the belt, the backs of the IR modules, and the area above the heating modules are water-cooled. The components are sucked onto the conveyor belt by negative pressure. The control cabinet is located outside the cleanroom, separated from the machine.
The system operates in a cleanroom according to EN ISO 14644 Class 8 and is loaded and unloaded by the operator. The system is solely for the heating of a film composite.
