HydroShpriz DryCart 60 trays

We manufacture in Ukraine a heavy-duty stainless steel drying trolley, specifically designed for industrial and semi-industrial production of meat and fish snacks, raw-cured sausages, jerky, and pet treats. The trolley is fully compatible with our RK50U, SAS200, and FARS200 systems, and is ideal for use in drying chambers, smokehouses, and climate-controlled environments equipped with air dehumidifiers.

The external dimensions of the trolley are 2000 × 1010 × 1010 mm.
The frame is constructed from corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel, using a robust 40 × 40 × 1.5 mm profile.
It features 30 levels with a 55 mm gap between each tier and is equipped with special locking mechanisms to prevent trays from falling during movement or operation.
For easy maneuvering, the trolley includes six heavy-duty pendulum swivel casters (Ø125 mm), enabling rotation on the spot, even when fully loaded.

Each trolley comes with 60 stainless steel trays, each measuring 900 × 500 mm.

The trays are made from corrugated stainless steel wire mesh, available in 12×12 mm or 10×10 mm configurations.
The wire thickness is 0.95 mm, ensuring excellent structural rigidity.
Each tray includes a 15 mm high perimeter rim to promote optimal airflow and heat convection.
A reusable, non-stick Teflon insert is included with each tray—perfect for sticky or soft products such as minced meat sticks, fish strips, or salami-style snacks.

The total load per trolley is approximately 600 kg, with up to 10 kg of evenly distributed product per tray. The design supports both high- and low-temperature drying, and the trolley fits seamlessly into chambers with either horizontal or vertical airflow. It is optimized for easy cleaning and maintenance.

This trolley is engineered for efficient moisture removal and uniform air distribution across all product levels—ensuring optimal drying performance and extended shelf life.
