The brehouse is fully automated with the electronic process control "brewmaxx V7" and on basis of the operation system Windows. The brewhouse is completely made in stainless steel, but installed beneath the old copper hoods. The prerun vessel is "Outdoor"-installation, the whirlpool is - like the other brewing vessels - installed in the brewhosue room beneath a copper hood.
