Used Hosokawa Alpine Mikro Classifier CC22, from our former generation previous to our current technological evolution. This air classifier can operate off-line as a stand alone system or in-line as the perfect companion for a Hosokawa Alpine ACM 10 or ACM 15 impact classifier mill, to ensure no undesired fine dust particles are present in the final micronized product, usually in the range below 5 - 10 µm. Some applications for this classifier are powder coatings where the final particle size distribution (PSD) is very important and both undesired ultra-fine dust and oversized material must be avoided. Other products that can be processed with this classifier are acrylate, epoxy polyester, gypsum, plastics, petroleum coke, polyurethane, spinel ,etc.
Easy to clean and maintain.
This classifier is fitted with a secondary air in the coarse discharge bottom part to ensure agglomerates dispersion and that no fine dust remains mixed with the coarser particles.
