Product Description
The beautifully designed display cases keep the temperature and humidity at a constant level, unlike air circulation systems that dry out the sushi on display. As a result, the sushi stays fresh longer and the quality is visible at the highest level. The Hoshizaki display cases do not defrost to prevent condensation from dripping onto the displayed sushi. This always prevents contamination of the products. The included presentation grids can be turned upside down to increase cooling capacity.
