Hindenlang SLEM-200

A complete electrically heated Hindenlang bale-out furnace system for melting and holding aluminium is offered. Design: stationary, heating shell material: vermiculite, Heating capacity: 45kW, melting capacity: approx. 90kg/h, operating temperature: 720°C, max. temperature: 850°C, furnace chamber temperature limit: 950°C, crucible holder: BU-200/BN-200, crucible support height: 65mm, weight: approx. 1100kg without crucible. Equipment: furnace housing with insulation and meander heating elements, lateral emergency drain, temperature monitoring, switchgear rated up to 80A/55kW, crucible breakage detection system, freeze protection, timer, connecting cables, BU-200 crucible and crucible support. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
