The MV-600E/NC four-column hydraulic press belongs to the M/NC series and is custom-designed to achieve greater precision and capacity, specifically manufactured for stamping, deep drawing, punching, and deburring tasks.

Equipped with a top and bottom table made of C45E steel, machined with DIN-650 slots, and a removable upper counter-table of 990 x 890 x 130 mm for die holders with “T” slots. We ensure minimal friction in the vertical movement of the top table through the installation of maintenance-free bimetallic bushings, with perfect parallelism achieved by four chromed and ground cylindrical columns.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 320 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Consists of three electrowelded blocks made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• Incorporates a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7” HMI KTP-700 touch panel. This allows programming of the power, cylinder stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity of 300 memories for different work cycles.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
• Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chromed piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
• Motorized hydraulic group with two speeds and automatic disconnection of fast speed. High-pressure pump and 10-micron return filter. Includes cylinder decompression valve, directional valve, and safety valve. A pressure switch located on the side allows the most appropriate pressure setting for each type of work.
• Glycerin manometer with reading in tons.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The electrical panel incorporates a selector to choose manual, semi-automatic, or automatic operation modes, and another selector for fast or slow speed operation.
• Equipped with a PLC to internally assist with maneuvers and decompression time.
• Operation is carried out using a low-voltage electric two-hand button panel.
• Electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled, incorporating an additional safety block and self-control devices for maneuvering and safety. Includes verification and certification of proper operation and safety distance for photocells.
• For safety, category IV photoelectric barriers are incorporated in the front work area, two fixed side protections, and a movable protection with a magnetic disconnection detector at the rear.
• Machine equipped with an IXON system for online communication in case of faults or reprogramming.
• Ladder with upper walkway for repair access (scaffold).
