We are offering a new C-press with a torsion-proof ram.
This press is currently under construction and will be delivered to a customer in August.
We will manufacture this press in multiple versions for our showrooms.

These presses were specially developed for bending, stamping, forming, punching, assembling, and deep drawing.
Forces of 50-150 tons are available.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS:
The double-acting cylinder is equipped with a guide bushing, a chrome-plated piston rod, and wear-free guide elements. To prevent wear on the piston rod, the presses feature a removable and replaceable pressure plate. Tools can be mounted in place of the pressure plate. It features an anti-rotation device attached to the cylinder using a clamp and a guide rod.
The two-speed hydraulic group is equipped with an automatic high-speed shutoff. A cylinder decompression valve is also included.
ELECTRICAL AND SAFETY:

A SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen located above the electric foot pedal are integrated as standard. It allows programming of the semi-automatic and automatic operating mode, as well as the power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It has a memory capacity of 99 recipes, with each recipe capable of programming all previous values.
The control cabinet features a switch for selecting the desired operating mode (manual or automatic), as well as a key-operated switch for maintenance work.
The electrical and hydraulic control systems are redundant and self-monitoring. The hydraulic safety block features valves with electrical position monitoring for the necessary safety.
The machine is operated via a Level IV two-hand control button.
To ensure safety, fixed side guards with a front opening of 650 mm are installed.
A hydraulic cushion or hydraulic ejector can be installed.
The machines are supplied with an operating manual.
The CD series presses meet all essential safety requirements and criteria according to CE regulations.
