HERBOLD HV 70/250

The machine is suitable for the agglomeration of thermoplastic films and fibres. The throughput can be estimated to be 500 kg - 1000 kg/h, depending on the material, its condition and humidity.

The system consists of:
• conveyor belt
• load-dependent control for the belt conveyor.
• metal detector
• HERBOLD granulator type SMS 45/100-H5-3
• pneumatic material transport to the storage silo
• plastcompactor unit HV-70 (consisting of a storage silo feeding screw, plastcompactor, central blower, cooling circuit)
• HERBOLD secondary granulator type SML 45/100-S4-2
• intensive cooling
