We offer the HENNEKEN B6000 vacuum tumbler, designed for professional tenderizing, curing, and marinating meat in large processing plants. The Type B series was designed to offer an excellent price-to-performance ratio and wide applicability in meat production.
The B6000 model operates with a capacity of 6,000 liters and a speed range of 0.5 – 10 rpm, allowing the intensity of the process to be adjusted to the type of raw material and the desired technological outcome. The Type B mixer is equipped with a direct drive, and all operating parameters can be conveniently set and programmed via the SIEMENS touchscreen panel.
A major advantage of this machine is the design of the tank interior. Diagonal fins set the product in controlled rotational, sliding, and shifting motion, creating a 3D tumbling effect. This solution increases the effectiveness of protein activation, improves process uniformity, and supports the production of a high-quality finished product. Additionally, the diagonal fins facilitate quick loading and thorough emptying of the drum.
