167 USED stainless steel internal flour silos: 2 silos of 6 tons each, 1 silo of 8 tons (can increase silo capacity by approximately 50%).

EQUIPMENT:
- Flour unloading station for bowl no. 1 with flour/dust collector,
- Flour unloading station for bowl no. 2,
- Water mixer,
- Overhead scale for weighing the dough bowl + computer,
- IMPORTANT: Automatic water and flour dosing to the leaven generator,
- Leaven generator with constant leaven temperature (heating, cooling),
- Dosing of leaven to the bowl from the leaven generator,
