Hagyo Vacuum Universal 300, an industrial vacuum concentrator manufactured in 2023, used only 10-12 times. Regularly serviced and ready for immediate operation.

Vacuum concentration is an extremely gentle process: the water evaporates at a temperature below 50 °C, thus preserving the color, aroma, and nutritional values of the raw material, and the final product becomes much more enjoyable.

Ideal for:

concentrating pressed fruit juices to a jam-like consistency with a high refractive index, at low temperatures, without damaging the fiber and aroma characteristics,
