- CONTINUOUS AUTOMATIC MECHANICAL-ELECTRONIC DIE- CUTTING
MACHINES MOD. GD 301D - 10 tons of power – cutting plates 320 x 320 mm
Useful cutting area 290 x 290 mm
- fixed run 40 mm
- electronic variator of speedy from 30 to 150 strokes per minute
- KD/FM SYSTEM: triple unwind, the upper shaft is an unwind and it can be used as friction or motorised, the middle shaft can be used as motorised rewind or friction unwind, lower shaft is an unwind and it can be used as friction or motorised – according to the requirements. The motors at variable speed from digital inverter are placed on slides and the KD/FM group is assembled on the machine

expansion shaft diameter 76 mm with valve in the head for inflation. this shaft is equipped also
with frontal mechanical friction for a lightly adjustment.
- K3 SYSTEM: placed between the cutting head and the outboard feeder rolls group :
# pneumatic group of evacuation pieces synchronized and run by the machine controller.
The evacuation position is adjustable on the X. Y. Z. axes.
This system is complete with support brackets for the counter matrix.
- TL SYSTEM: longitudinal cut system with 5 razor blades and adjusting of the position
of the blades on their axe

- the feeder rolls are covered in silicone rubber and motorized
- CTT SYSTEM : passage of material 320 mm - pneumatic cutter assembled on machine for the
transversal cut, heavy version for cutting materials with max thickness 15 mm, complete with
