Grasselli KSL 4 Slicer
This Grasselli KSL slicer is a specially designed horizontal slicing machine for meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and fruit. The machine can process both fresh and cooked meat and is ideal for small to medium-sized food processing operations.
The slicer combines a compact design with a high cutting capacity of up to 2,000 kg/h. It provides highly precise slicing and can process delicate products without damaging them. This horizontal slicer can be integrated into an inline production line for a fully automated production process.
The hygienic design allows for quick and easy cleaning. The machine is completely manufactured from stainless steel. The product is transported to the cutting frame by means of a conveyor belt, while the pressure belt keeps the product stable as it passes through the blades.
