We present our heavy-duty but simple straight knife grinder suitable for a broad range of industrial knives, machine designed especially for:
- different recycling blades,
- chipper knives,
- planer knives,
- guilotine blades,
- shredding knives,

TECHNICAL FEATURES IN PRESENTED MODEL GRAFS SR-1800:

- Max length of grinding: 1800 mm (depending on the order)
- Max grinding width - 200 mm
- Type of mounting the knives: with clamps, rotating steel plate with T channel (electromagnetic chuck is available as an option),
- Infeed: manual by convenient hand wheel, (auto infeed as an option),
- Carriage speed: 1-12 m / min (continuously adjustable with a potentiometer, machine equipped with an inverter)
- tank (150 L) and pump for coolant in standard price, magnetic separator as an option,
- possibility of grinding flat surfaces,
- Engine speed: 1450 rpm (switchable left / right)
- Grinding wheel motor power: 4 kW (bigger as an option, up to 7,5 kW)
- Table rotation range: +/- 120 degrees
- Easy grinding wheel assembly (a special holder developed in our company enables quick assembly of the grinding wheel with 3 clamping screws), possibility of mounting different grinding wheels (corundum, CBN, DIA, grinding wheel with segments),
- Efficient sharpening of both mild steel and increased hardness such as: NC11LV, HSS, HM carbides (it is recommended to attach a paper separator PS for carbides grinding),
- Solid welded construction without any vibrations during work, body of the machine in cell designs,
- Exchangeable hardened steel strips on guides,

- Fast grinding wheel motor up and down approach - for fast grinding wheel changing,
- External magnetic coolant separator with neodymium magnets, tank with pump for coolant,
- The whole carriage can be moved relative to the trolley, thanks to this function we can sharpen / grind wider objects. e.g. knives up to 350 mm width!
- Appropriate grinding wheel motor bearings,
- Smooth adjustment of carriage speed from 1 to 16 m/min
(using the potentiometer knob o the panel),
- Automatic infeed (mechanical) or manual infeed by hand wheel (depends on the order),
- The machine can be adapted to individual customer needs,

The knife sharpening machine model SR Semi-auto can be supplied in different grinding lengths: mm 1.200, mm 1.800, mm 2.100 mm and 2.400 mm

Machine built in Polish firm GRAFS. Components only from reputable manufacturers, we add full documentation to the machine.
The machine has a Declaration Of Conformity and all necessary documents.
We are a producer from Poland, we provide after sale support and service with 12 month's warranty.
