Machine completely disassembled, all components thoroughly cleaned and tested for complete functionality.
Main spindle newly mounted, concentricity 3 µ.
All guideways newly scraped in new machine geometry.
Wear parts replaced, defective components repaired or replaced.
Reassembly, complete functional test and internal acceptance.
Machine repainted.
Machine in perfect condition, ready for production.
