GEORG PEE 400

The machine was completely overhauled in 2007!

The following modifications were carried out on the single-column eccentric press PEE 400:

Conversion of the press drive to a variable drive with 15–45 strokes of the ram
Conversion of the clutch and brake system to a pneumatically operated Ortlinghaus clutch-brake combination
Adaptation of the pinion shaft, flywheel, and bearing cover to the pneumatically operated clutch-brake combinations
Replacement of the roller bearings for the pinion shaft and flywheel support
Replacement of all sealing elements and wear parts for the drive
Replacement of the seals for the compensation cylinder
Replacement of V-belts for the flywheel drive
Replacement of the entire electrical control system
Travel measurement for ram adjustment
Modification of the safety device
Installation of tie rods to reduce frame flex under pressing force
Renewal of the worm wheel for ram adjustment, pressure spindle, spindle nut, and thrust ring
Reworking of ram guide rails
Replacement of the breaking plate and its support
