Genox V800 Series - Single Shaft Shredder suitable for processing various materials including plastics, wood, rubber, paper, copper cable etc.
37kW drive motor (30kW & 45kW optional) with heavy duty oversized gearbox, 80rpm shaft speed as standard.
800mm wide x 400mm diameter Rotor with 35 pcs x 40mm concave, reversible, high quality heat treated alloy steel blades.
Hydraulic force feeding of material according to motor loading and timers.
Parameters can be easily configured on site to suit the materials being processed.
Output size is controlled by replaceable screens mounted beneath the rotor shaft. Standard size is 40mm, other sizes available on request.
