Genox GC800T (CS)

Genox GC800T Series - High Performance Granulator suitable for processing various materials including plastics, wood, rubber etc.
37kW Drive Motor with outboard rotor bearings, heavy duty precision machines rotor, and 580rpm operating speed as standard.
800mm wide x 420mm diameter cutting chamber with heavy duty, high inertia Cascade Rotor with 24 x rotor knives. Two rows of counter knives are mounted in the chamber. All knives are manufactured from Vacuum Heat Treated D2 Tool Steel.
An electric assisted chamber opening with actuator with integrated safety interlocks and a setting jig is for pre-setting of knives off the machine are provided to enable quick, easy knife changes.

Output size is controlled by replaceable screens mounted beneath the rotor shaft - sizes supplied as required (4mm-50mm).
We can provide infeed conveyors and product conveying systems as required to transfer product in to bulk storage bags if required.
