Genox BH2800 Series - Heavy Duty Single Shaft Shredder suitable for processing various materials including plastics, wood, rubber, paper, copper cable etc.
220kW combined motor power (180kW & 264kW options also available) with heavy duty oversized gearboxes, 80rpm shaft speed as standard.
2800mm wide x 650mm diameter rotor with 125 pcs, 40mm concave, reversible high quality heat treated alloy steel blades. 60mm blades are also available as an option.

Hydraulic force feeding of material according to motor loading and timers. Parameters can be easily configured on site to suit the materials being processed.
Output size is controlled by replaceable screens mounted beneath the rotor shaft in hydraulic operated screen support cradle. Standard screen size is 40mm, other sizes can be provided on request.
