Genox BH2200 Series - Heavy Duty Single Shaft Shredder suitable for processing various materials including plastics, wood, rubber, paper, copper cable etc.
180kW combined motor power (150kW & 220kW options also available) with heavy duty oversized gearboxes, 80rpm shaft speed as standard.
2200mm wide x 650mm diameter Rotor with 95+6 pcs, 40mm Concave reversible alloy steel blades. 60mm blades are also available.
Hydraulic force feeding of material according to motor loading and timers.
Parameters can be easily configured on site to suit the materials being processed.
Output size is controlled by replaceable screens mounted beneath the rotor shaft in hydraulic operated screen support cradle.
