Genox BH1500 Series - Heavy Duty Single Shaft Shredder suitable for processing various materials including plastics, wood, rubber, paper, copper cable etc.
90kW Drive motor (110kW & 150kW dual drive options also available) with heavy duty oversized gearbox, 80rpm shaft speed as standard.
1500mm wide x 480mm diameter Rotor with 84pcs, 40mm Concave reversible alloy steel blades. 60mm blades are also available.
Hydraulic force feeding of material according to motor loading and timers.
Parameters can be easily configured on site to suit the materials being processed.
Output size is controlled by replaceable screens mounted beneath the rotor shaft in hydraulic operated screen support cradle.
