SWITCHABLE BETWEEN 230 V (32 A) AND 400 V (16 A)

The unit can be switched between single-phase operation with 230 V and three-phase operation with 400 V via the control panel. The VTS phase switching system enables the use of a single generator in both single-phase mode (230 V) and three-phase mode (400 V) with virtually no power loss.

The key point: In a purely three-phase 6 kW generator, only approximately 2 kW is available per phase. This is often insufficient for a circulation pump, a deep well pump or a cooling system. With the GB8500VTS, the full power is available on one phase in single-phase operation, and the 32 A socket is designed accordingly.

CONTROL PANEL

Digital display HJ-502 for voltage, current, power, frequency and operating hours. Key switch, emergency stop, preheating button, rotary switch 400 V / 0 / 230 V. Connection for an automatic mains failure (AMF) module is available.

GENERATOR AND ENGINE

Self-excited synchronous generator with AVR voltage regulation, insulation class F, protection class IP23, designation according to ISO 8528-1.

Single-cylinder diesel engine, air-cooled, four-stroke, direct injection, electric start, preheating device and decompression switch for safe cold start in winter. Diesel without bio-components, oil capacity 1.65 l, tank 16 l with fuel level indicator.

DESIGN

Soundproof canopy, 68 to 72 dB(A) at 7 m distance. Transport kit with 4 wheels and 2 handles. Dimensions 90 x 56 x 80 cm, weight 163 kg. DC output 12 V / 8.3 A.

DELIVERY SCOPE

Generator with built-in start battery, matching mating connectors for the 400 V and 230 V outputs, tool kit and user manual in German. No assembly required. Oil and fuel are not included. Warranty 12 months according to our general terms and conditions.
