Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in wood processing equipment. In the past 15–20 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry, developing numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood feeding, and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and custom solutions, as standalone units or as part of complete production lines, tailored to our customers’ requirements.

This machine is a flexible and efficient automatic board feeder, specifically developed for pallet production machines but also perfectly suited to other applications in the wood industry. The machine is designed to integrate seamlessly with deck nailers and leg nailers—regardless of brand or capacity.

We have supplied automatic board feeding systems, among others, for nailers from Cape, Corali, Storti, IMH, IM Hart, Viking, and Mychrome.

Thanks to the reliable vacuum system and the maintenance-free, one-piece feeder—based on our own solution developed and patented over 40 years ago—only minimal adjustments are necessary when changing formats. This results in short changeover times and high operational reliability.

The machine comes equipped with a tiltable pack lifter, which inclines the package by approximately 10 degrees. This ensures that the boards remain stable and do not fall apart when the strapping is removed—even if the boards in the pack are not perfectly aligned.

Optional equipment includes:

- Automatic board turner
- Vision/camera system
- Automatic removal of spacers between board layers

The result with these feeding systems is a reliable, flexible, and high-quality solution that enables more productive and cost-efficient pallet manufacturing.
