A Forel multi-pane insulating glass production plant with fixed spacer and Swiggel is available. Glass production options: 2-pane/3-pane, layering: coated/uncoated, insulating glass pane dimensions X/Y min./max.: 400mm x 200mm/2500mm x 2000mm, pane thickness range: 12mm-50mm, total system length: 30200mm. System components: 1) Inlet to the washing machine, 2) Washing machine, 3) Outlet from the washing machine, 4) Place spacer on inlet, 5) Place spacer on outlet, 6) Place spacer on outlet, 7) Inlet assembly station, 8) Assembly station, 9) Outlet assembly station, 10) Inlet roller press (no gas filling press), 11) Outlet roller press, 12) Roller tilting table for removal. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
