For sale is a vibration tunnel manufactured according to a custom design, intended for continuous transport and irradiation of bulk materials and other products suitable for vibration transport.
The device was made to order, and its design was created with a specific technological process in mind. The entire unit is made of acid-resistant steel.
The tunnel is equipped with 20 Philips TUV lamps, each with a power of 75 W, placed above the transport surface. During operation, the product is continuously transported through the tunnel and simultaneously exposed to UV-C radiation.
1. UV-C Application
The UV-C system can be used for surface irradiation of products to reduce the number of microorganisms.
Originally, the device was designed for use, among other things, for:
• seed material,
• grains,
• herbs,
• vegetables,
• other suitable bulk products.
The effectiveness of the UV-C process depends on factors such as the type of product, its properties, the thickness of the layer, and the exposure time. The possibility and effectiveness of using the device should be verified each time for a specific product and technological process.

• a vibration conveyor for bulk materials,
• a vibration feeder,
• a dispenser,
• a device for evenly distributing the product,

• a device for transporting seeds, grains, spices, herbs, granules, and other materials such as pellets, frozen, and fresh vegetables and fruits suitable for vibration transport.
The construction can serve as a basis for further individual adaptation according to the requirements of a specific production process.
3. Construction
The device is entirely made of acid-resistant steel, using two Italvibra vibration motors and Rosta suspensions.
Philips TUV lamps, each with a power of 75 W, are located above the transport surface. Shatterproof lamp covers have been used to increase safety in a production environment.
The construction provides access to the working elements and allows for further modifications to the device depending on the planned application.
