The Klappbandfilter is used for cleaning contaminated cooling and lubricating fluids in the metalworking field, as well as for processing various sludge waste during rough machining, especially aluminum, or for handling abrasive grinding sludge. When the cooling and lubricating fluids and grinding sludge are cleaned, they can be reused in the process for longer periods, significantly contributing to environmental protection. Additional benefits include heat dissipation at the machining site and optimization of the workpieces' surface quality.

The Klappbandfilter is versatile and can also be used independently. Its modular design allows it to be optimally adapted to various conditions. The FAUDI design allows for the buildup and removal of filter cakes up to 15 cm thick. With the extra-high filter cake, the separation performance of the filter is further increased. Filter areas of 1, 1.5, and 2.5 m² per filter are possible.
