The FANUC LR Mate 200i is a compact, six-axis robot ideal for a variety of manufacturing and system processes. The tabletop design of the LR Mate 200 allows it to be used in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications while saving space. The LR Mate 200i offers maximum flexibility in a compact design. The hollow wrist design of the LR Mate 200i encloses all cable routing to prevent snagging, and absolute serial encoders eliminate the need for calibration upon startup. Upright or inverted mounting positions are possible without robot modifications. The LR Mate 200i uses the RJ3 controller.

The FANUC LR Mate 200i features an end-effector mount integrated into the wrist, fail-safe brakes on axes 2 and 3, sealed bearings and drives, and a standard package for dust and liquid ingress protection according to IP54. It also has an integrated, internally mounted solenoid valve package. In addition, the 200i can achieve axis speeds of up to 480 degrees per second.
