This slicer/striper/dicer can process products requiring a smooth and delicate cut – from soft fruits to hard and brittle root vegetables, such as tomatoes and other vegetables – with superior quality and efficiency.
The ILC.2 can also be used for cooked meat and fish.
The large drum accommodates produce up to a maximum diameter of 220 mm.
Suitable for: carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes, beetroot, eggplants, turnips, parsnips, radishes, potatoes, chilies, jalapeños, broccoli stalks, zucchini, cabbage, pumpkin, mango, papaya, guava, peaches, pineapples, melons, apples, pears, strawberries, etc.

- Flat slices: thickness adjustable from 1.6 to 28 mm (1/16” – 1-1/8”).
