Europrima FS3004 mit Dresch/Rebelteil & Förderband

The machine is easy to operate, highly efficient, and not only threshes leaves but also partially separates them from stems and classifies them. It delivers excellent processing results for mint, lemon balm, sage, thyme, oregano, and rosemary. The machine can be operated in two different modes: as a threshing and crushing machine or as a vibrating separator. This is a major advantage, as it allows two processing steps to be covered with one machine.

1. Threshing and Crushing Operation
To operate the REBLER LGU 304, a conveyor belt is required. The material is fed by a VARIO 608 conveyor belt into the threshing and crushing section, where the leaves are separated from the stems and the material is sorted into five different fractions.

2. Vibrating Separator
Machine use for separation: The machine functions as a vibrating separator by simply changing the conveyor belt angle and feeding the material through the first opening. The machine is equipped with four sieves and enables classification of the processed material. Sieve changes are quick and easy.
