This packaging system is used to pack food and non food products in different forms: powder, granular, solid irregular shapes and liquids. Machine is composed by a feeding elevator that gently lifts the products, elevator can be with plastic cups in Z shape or with PU or PVC belt having stainless steel structure or can be used an auger elevator for granular or dusty products. The product is fed to a multi head weighter having 10 , 14, 28 weighting modules. The weighter stands on a special design stainless steel platform to reduce the vibration. The packing machine is able to work with different thickness film, different film width and different materials (PE/PE/BOPP/Paper/Aluminum/Nylon) and produces the following bags: pillow, pillow with gusset, block back, quad seal bag and with eurohole option. The movement is performed by servo motors and all the controls parameters are adjusted by touch screen, all the electrical components are from brand name manufacturers like Omron and Siemens. Productivity from 25-80 bags/minute depending on the weight and volume. This packaging system can be upgraded with the product exit conveyer, labeling machine to place label on the bags, vibratory feeder for soft products, date and lot printer, gas injection, free flow metal detector for food products, rotary table to accumulate the bags.
