Description:
The ERBA BPT 1000 twin-motor long trough vibratory finishing machine is ideal for ball polishing or processing heavy workpieces. Thanks to its two motors, it can handle even particularly heavy media loads and applies the necessary pressure to the workpieces.

It is equipped with a durable hot-cast polyurethane lining. Emptying or separation is performed via a bottom outlet (manual/pneumatic). The process chamber can be partitioned using removable dividers, allowing for individual processing of parts. The machine comes with an electrical control cabinet and can optionally be fitted with fully automatic PLC process control. The motor speed can be infinitely adjusted by means of a frequency converter (optional).
