Elea Cell-Cracker with 30 KV solid state pulse modulator. Capacity is 1800 liter per hour for microbial inactivation. It is better than pasteurization as there is no heat treatment...does not degrade the taste and much cheaper to operate. It can be used for all sort of liquids that require heat treatment. The system is plug and play. Easy to install and easy to operate. It was used by Orchard House in the UK. The machine is in good working condition. It was removed from operation due to the bankruptcy of the company.
It can come with a spare pulse modulator. This module alone worth over 20.000 euros.
