EL-MET SISTEM Automatic Spacer Machines

Our welding and spacer bending line is a fully automatic system with PC control, designed for fast and precise production of reinforcement elements. It is equipped with 4 × 45 kVA transformers, 20 kW electric motors, and a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz power supply. The machine processes longitudinal wire with a diameter of 3.5–5 mm and diagonal wire of 3.5–4 mm. It supports a 150 mm step, adjustable heights from 70 to 250 mm, spacer length of 2400 mm before bending and 2050 mm after bending, as well as simultaneous transformer activation to optimize the welding process. With a welding speed of 30 m/min, a weight of 10.5 t, and dimensions of 30 × 5 × 1.5/3 m, it enables efficient and reliable serial production.
