Used vertical cosmetic reactor/process vessel by Ekato (DE), model SRA 2500. The tank has a total volume of 3,674 litres and a working volume from 650 litres up to 2,500 litres. The tank is designed to operate at pressures from -1 up to 3 bar, with a working temperature of up to 151 °C. Test pressure on the tank is up to 4.69 bar. The tank is constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel. It is fitted with a layered stainless steel (AISI 304) heating jacket, volume 190 litres. The jacket is designed to operate at pressures ranging from 0 to 4 bar, with a working temperature of up to 151 °C. Test pressure on the jacket is up to 7.81 bar. The top of the reactor is bolted and features a centrally mounted frame/paravisc-type agitator with wall scrapers, driven via a gearbox and electric motor 37 kW, 1,465 rpm, 400–690 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation speed is up to 35 rpm. The reactor has a central bottom outlet with a discharge valve. Also included are four stainless steel legs and tension sensors.
