Used concentration / evaporation system previously used to separate water from surfactant. Capacity for this process was approximately 8-12 m3/day of water/surfactant mix. System was built by Ecotecno during 2011/2012 and was shut down in April 2022.
System described as a single effect vacuum evaporator with condenser. Includes flash reservoir in vacuum, distillate tank, vacuum tank, plate heat exchanger.
