DOOSAN LYNX 2100B

2 production lines with two machines each, including an infeed conveyor for parts up to Ø100 mm for the first machining operation and full integration with robotic handling, an intermediate conveyor connecting machine 1 to machine 2, and an outfeed conveyor, as well as comprehensive safety systems with robot cells.

The machines have approximately 10,000 operating hours, manufactured in 12/2021, commissioned for production in 7/2022. We are selling due to project completion. The machines are in excellent condition and have been regularly maintained.

Each line comprises:
• 2 x Doosan LYNX 2100 B with CNC tailstock, Renishaw tool measurement arm, additional M codes (6x), chip breaking machining function, chip conveyor, automatic door opening, signal beacons, axis and spindle load control system, 12-position turret, oil skimmer
• 2 x Fanuc M-10 iD 12 Robots, 12 kg payload
