The industrial sanitation lock (hygiene gate) from DiBO Cleaning Systems is a professional device designed to control personnel access and ensure a complete hygiene process before entering clean (production) areas. The machine is used in meat processing plants, fruit and vegetable processing facilities, dairy plants, fish processing plants, bakeries, and large catering and food service establishments operating under strict HACCP, IFS, and BRC standards.
The device performs a two-stage hygiene process as employees pass through. In the first stage, rotating cylindrical brushes, automatically activated by a motion sensor, effectively clean and disinfect the soles of work shoes. Simultaneously, the upper module enforces contactless disinfection of both hands – the turnstile is only released after the correct dose of disinfectant is applied, which prevents personnel from skipping the procedure.
