We manufacture expansion joints from high-grade steel sheet, thickness 3 mm.

Preferred sections of two metres. Minimum order quantity: 20 linear metres.

The profile is designed to ensure strong anchoring in concrete. At the same time, it can serve as a formwork between successive concrete pours.

We produce to order and adapt to the floor thickness.

Surfaces not in contact with concrete are coated with waterproof paint.
OPTION FOR STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTION
We can also deliver a partially or fully hot-dip galvanized version.
The price depends on the height of the ordered expansion joint, adapted to the floor thickness.

At the bottom of the expansion joint, we can add a geotextile skirt to prevent concrete from getting behind the formwork.

Prices are quoted net.
A prepayment of 70% of the gross order value is required upon ordering. After payment, we issue a VAT invoice.
Production time is progressive, for smaller quantities up to three weeks.
