The CNC router 2130 ATC Master Drill NEST is designed for efficient processing of solid wood doors, furniture fronts made of chipboard, MDF or other similar materials. Equipped with a powerful 9 kW air-cooled motor, it allows for high-quality finishes and cutting at speeds of over 18 m/min.

Solid and durable construction
The 10 mm steel base provides stability, and the HIWIN industrial sliding system with 30 mm rails and recirculating balls ensures precision and speed in any working position. The clamping of the parts is carried out by vacuum, and the centralized lubrication system reduces wear and maintenance.

Automatic performance and high productivity
The automatic loading and unloading table, together with the adjustable 3-piston loading device and the material pushing system, optimizes work cycles. Optical sensors automatically detect the presence of plates, reducing errors and downtime.

Advanced precision and versatility
The drive system on the X and Y axes with bevel gear and rack, and on the Z axis with ball screw, guarantees smooth movements and total control. The linear tool magazine with 8 or 12 positions, pneumatically operated, allows for quick cutter changes, increasing process efficiency.

The NC Studio control unit is easy to use and compatible with most CAD/CAM software. Precise spindle adjustments and automatic tool measurement contribute to accurate machining, even in continuous mode.
