Complete system for the cutting and optimization of both edged and unedged boards, ideal for sawmills and woodworking companies seeking high productivity and precision in the selection and cutting process.

The line consists of a chain transfer for handling bundles, a robustly constructed bundle tilter with automatic collection of slats, a singulator, and a turning system for controlling both faces of the boards. Feeding is accomplished by loading directly onto the cutting line, which leads to the cutting machine.

The core of the system is the Cursal model TROE 120-550-1000 cutting/optimization machine, equipped with a motorized carriage with a laser pointer for defect detection, brushless motorization, and a feed speed of up to 100 m/min, ensuring high precision and rapid processing.
