Be it steel windows, fire doors, or angle steel door frames: with the CREA-SWISS frame welding jig, any operator can fabricate excellent frames rapidly, accurately, and economically.

The welding fixture setup is completed within minutes. The frame width is precisely aligned along the longitudinal axis using a reduction gearbox. The measurement is clearly visible on an ergonomically positioned digital display. Frame height is adjusted directly at the corner stops, which incorporate integrated measurement scales.
