The CP Bourg BB-3002 perfect binder, manufactured in 2009, is a single-clamp binding system designed for professional book production. Currently in operation at a printshop in Germany, it offers reliable performance with hotmelt spine and side gluing for strong, durable binding results.

The machine accommodates sheet and cover sizes up to 385 x 750 mm (minimum 100 x 201 mm), with book thickness ranging from 1 mm to 60 mm. It supports cover weights between 80 and 300 g/qm2, with a maximum cover pile height of 80 mm.
