Electric Pallet Truck with Electronic Scale

The electric pallet truck with an electronic scale is an innovative device designed for modern warehouses, logistics centers, and companies involved in goods distribution. It combines the functionality of a traditional pallet truck with advanced weighing technology, allowing simultaneous transport and precise weighing of loads, significantly improving work efficiency.

Main advantages of the electric pallet truck with electronic scale
Load capacity of 2000 kg – the pallet truck enables the transport of heavy loads, making it an ideal solution for handling large goods in warehouses and distribution centers.
Built-in electronic scale – allows simultaneous movement and weighing of loads, eliminating the need for additional stationary scales and streamlining logistics operations.
Precise speed adjustment – potentiometers allow the operator to adjust driving speed, ensuring smooth and safe maneuvering in narrow warehouse aisles.
“Turtle mode” – enables very slow and controlled movement, ideal for precise positioning of loads in confined spaces and providing additional safety in demanding working conditions.
Ergonomic design – ensures operator comfort thanks to an intuitive control panel, making the pallet truck easy to operate and maneuver.
High reliability – a robust construction and high-quality components guarantee long service life, even under intensive working conditions.
Construction and technology

The electric pallet truck with an electronic scale is equipped with a 0.75 kW drive motor, providing sufficient power to transport loads weighing up to 2000 kg. Thanks to the use of a 2x12V/40Ah battery, the truck offers extended operating time.

An electromagnetic brake ensures safe operation, while the control system with potentiometers enables precise speed adjustment and easy maneuvering. The built-in weighing system with a digital display allows the operator to monitor the weight of transported goods at any time.

Precision and work efficiency

The pallet truck provides accurate weighing of transported loads through its integrated electronic scale. The operator can instantly check the weight of goods, improving logistics processes and enabling continuous load monitoring.

The adjustable travel speed and “turtle mode” increase safety and allow precise positioning of the truck in narrow and demanding working areas. This makes the device an excellent solution for warehouses, production facilities, and distribution centers where efficiency and accuracy are essential.
