The refrigerated compressed air dryer has been designed for maximum efficiency and durability. Its main structural components include:
1. Air-to-air heat exchanger
During the first stage of the process, incoming compressed air passes through a heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by colder air leaving the evaporator. The counterflow design improves heat recovery and increases the overall energy efficiency of the system.
2. Refrigeration system evaporator
During the second stage, compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled to a dew point temperature of 3°C. This causes the water vapour and oil particles contained in the air to condense.
3. Condensate separator
After cooling, the mixture of air and condensate enters a high-efficiency separator, where condensed water and oil are separated and automatically discharged outside the unit.
4. Fan control system
Variable-speed fan technology enables intelligent adjustment of cooling intensity according to actual operating requirements. This reduces energy consumption and increases the service life of system components.
